Technology in the classroom is being utilized more than ever before. It allows teachers and students communicate better, more effectively and allows parents be more hands on in their child's education. Many teachers already provide their assignments to the students electronically such as a cd-rom. In others situations teachers have now started to provide weekly email updates to parents letting them know how things are going.
Teachers are redefining their curriculum can benefit their students. One trend we have seen is teachers starting to write blogs to give parents a crystal clear picture on how the school year is progressing. This not only helps parents be more involved but it gives more access even with very busy schedules.
